Air Jordan 1 High Women’s “First in Flight” Release Date FD2596-400

There are a number of exclusive women’s Air Jordan 1s coming in 2024. In addition to the “Latte” and “Chrome” pairs that will be available in the coming weeks, a UNC-inspired makeup is also on the way.

Recently leaked photos from @Sharkicks1 on Instagram show an early look of the “First in Flight” Air Jordan 1 High. While the inspiration behind this colorway is currently unclear, the sneaker features familiar UNC-style color blocking as a nod to Michael Jordan’s college.

The upper features white, matte leather on the midfoot panels, while the overlays are covered in shades of University Blue and Obsidian. The collar also features a yellow “Wings” logo, while “First in Flight” is written underneath the “Nike Air” tongue label. Additional details include a special pattern covering the insoles, while below it sits a white midsole and obsidian outsole.

According to @zSneakerheadz on Instagram, the “First in Flight” Air Jordan 1 will release on July 6th. Stay tuned for official updates soon.

UPDATE (29/06): Jordan Brand confirmed via the SNKRS release calendar that the “First in Flight” Air Jordan 1 will release on July 10 via the app for $180. Take a closer look at the women’s exclusive colorway below.
