Two straight singles loaded the bases, followed by a double by CF Matt Gorski that scored two more runs to take the lead. LF Gilberto Celestino hit a fielder’s choice single for the Indians, which gave them the final run of the inning, making it 6-4.

The Indians extended their lead in the top of the third, opening with a walk and back-to-back singles to load the bases.
