City of Sydney clarifies fireworks regulations – RIVER COUNTRY

1. The use of fireworks ends at 1:00 a.m. on July 5. Permitted fireworks may only be fired between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. inclusive on July 3, and from 8:00 a.m. on July 4 to 1:00 a.m. on July 5.

2. Begins at 5:00 p.m. on December 31 and ends at 1:00 a.m. on January 1, with this eight-hour period permitted each year.

3. Such other dates as may be designated upon obtaining a special permit, which may be issued upon approval by the City Manager upon submission of the application.

There are five fireworks sellers in Sidney.
