As the village’s only shopping destination, offering everything from everyday essentials to home-made coffee and fashionable clothes, a constant, stable electricity supply has become a key cornerstone for the center.

As reported by THE21 magazine, rising energy prices, especially electricity costs, have become a key concern for Japan in 2024. As a major energy consumer, Nakagawa Ciao Shopping Center has installed 122 kW Hi-MO X6 modules on its roof, expecting an annual electricity production of 15,9981 kWh and a reduction of CO₂ emissions of approximately 1,807 tons. It not only provides freedom from electricity, but also contributes to environmental protection – a perfect combination with the beautiful nature of the village.
