The Company has informed the BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled on 16/07/2024, inter alia, for the purpose of considering and approving the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2024. In a stock exchange filing filed on June 21, 2024, Bajaj Auto informed the stock exchanges that a meeting of the company’s Management Board is scheduled for July 16, 2024, to consider and adopt the audited separate and consolidated financial statements of the company for the financial year ending March 31, 2024 year.

(“BAL” or “the Company”) will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the registered office of the Company at Mumbai-Pune Road, Akurdi, Pune 411035 for the purpose of transacting the following business… Consideration and adoption of the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2024 together with the reports of the directors and auditors,” Bajaj Auto informed in a stock exchange filing.

Bajaj Auto reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 2,011 crore in the January-March quarter of fiscal 2024 (Q4FY24). The profit was up 18% from Rs 1,704.74 crore reported in the same period last year. Total income for the fourth quarter was Rs 11,914.94 crore, up 29.6% from Rs 9,192.73 crore in the same period last year.
