Applied Manufacturing Technologies (AMT) announces the joint hiring of Anna Jacobs and Mike Ingles as business development manager for Engineering Services.

The Engineering Services team has extensive skills and experience in the areas of industrial control, automation consulting, robotic cell design and programming and field support, as well as electrical design using EPLAN and AutoCAD. In addition, the team is extensively trained in Ignition by Inductive Automation and the programming, implementation and maintenance of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs).

Port of Oakland Names Craig Simon as Aviation Director

This Oakland Harbor names Craig Simon as the new airport aviation director at San Francisco Bay Oakland International Airport (OAK). Mr. Simon takes the helm at a critical time when the airport will be making numerous improvements to OAK operations and facilities.

Simon joined San Francisco Bay Oakland International Airport in December 2012 as Superintendent of Flight Operations. In 2020, he was named Deputy Director of Aviation, responsible for overseeing all airport operations and compliance functions. He was named Interim Director of Aviation in July 2023.

Ericsson appoints Patrick Johansson as head of Middle East and Africa market area

Ericsson announces the appointment of Patrick Johansson as its new market area head, Middle East and Africa (MMEA) and Senior Vice President. Johansson, who is currently head of business control and operations at Ericsson The Software and Cloud Services business area will replace Fadi Pharaoh, who has decided to leave Ericsson announced in May 2024. Johansson will assume his new position on 1 August 2024 and will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Patrick Johansson has experience in many business and market areas. Since joining the company he has lived in Sweden, Korea, India, Austria, China and Vietnam. Ericsson in 1997. His previous professional experience includes positions as Global Head of Sales and Commercial Management for Business Area Networks, Head of Customer Unit in Korea, as well as several management positions in finance and business departments.

Troy Hayes Joins NSI Industries as Chief Human Resources Officer
