Uzbekistan, UK discuss prospects for expanding cooperation in energy sector

Ethos Energy services gas and steam turbines, generators and transformers in the power sector and repairs compressors, turbines, generators and engine components in the oil and gas sector. The company has representative offices in over 40 locations worldwide, including the US, UAE, Poland, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and other countries.

During the conversation, it was noted that the long-term strategy for the development of the oil and gas, electricity, coal, chemical and construction industries is aimed at ensuring stable economic growth of the republic and increasing the level of well-being of the population, as well as continuously meeting the demand for fuel and energy resources.

Neil Adam expressed his satisfaction with learning about the reforms carried out in Uzbekistan’s energy sector.

An agreement was reached to examine the prospects for cooperation in improving the energy efficiency of the economic and social sectors and the widespread introduction of energy-saving technologies and renewable energy sources.
