NEW DELHI: FMCG stocks fell at 11:25 am on Friday

LT Foods Ltd. (up 3.66%), Nakoda Group Of Industries Ltd. (up 2.51%), Umang Dairies Ltd. (up 2.19%), ADF Foods Ltd. (up 1.44%), Adani Wilmar Ltd. (up 1.28%), Colgate-Palmolive(India) Ltd. (up 1.00%), Tasty Bite Eatables Ltd. (up 0.98%), Bikaji Foods International Ltd. (up 0.98%), Hatsun Agro Products Ltd. (up 0.87%) and Tata Consumer Products Ltd. (up 0.66%) were among the top gainers.

Top losers included Vadilal Industries Ltd. (down 1.82%), Jyothy Labs Ltd. (down 1.78%), Patanjali Foods Ltd. (down 1.18%), Zydus Wellness Ltd. (down 1.08%), JHS Svendgaard Laboratories Ltd. (down 1.00%), Prataap Snacks Ltd. (down 0.91%), Euro India Fresh Foods Ltd. (down 0.84%), Heritage Foods Ltd. (down 0.83%), Parag Milk Foods Ltd. (down 0.80%) and Honasa Consumer Ltd. (down 0.76%).

The NSE Nifty50 index was up 167.21 points at 24,483.15, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 505.44 points at 80,402.78 around 11:25 am.

Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (up 4.06%), LTIMindtree Ltd. (up 3.93%), Wipro Ltd. (up 3.61%), Tech Mahindra Ltd. (up 2.94%), HCL Technologies Ltd. (up 2.84%), Infosys Ltd. (up 2.79%), Axis Bank Ltd. (up 2.68%), Shriram Finance Ltd. (up 2.65%), Grasim Industries Ltd. (up 1.52%) and Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. (up 1.38%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack. On the other hand, shares of Divi’s Laboratories Ltd. (down 1.67%), Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. (down 0.96%), Asian Paints Ltd. (down 0.81%), Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd. (down 0.66%), Hindalco Industries Ltd. (down 0.65%), Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. (down 0.45%), HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd. (down 0.18%), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (down 0.15%), Britannia Industries Ltd. (down 0.13%) and Titan Company Ltd. (down 0.12%) were trading in the red.
