Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (ICBC) announced the appointment of Mr. Liu Jun as President along with his appointment as Executive Director and Vice President, subject to shareholder approval. His term as director will be three years, and the remuneration plans for directors and executives will be in accordance with applicable regulations and will require approval of the General Meeting of Shareholders. Mr. Liu Jun’s appointment is in line with corporate governance guidelines and no disqualifications or conflicts of affiliation have been reported.
