SAO PAULO, May 22 (Reuters)Brazilian state oil company Petrobras PETR4.SA said on Wednesday that national antitrust authority Cade has approved new terms of the deal that will exempt the company from selling part of its oil refining and natural gas assets.

In a securities filing, Petrobras said the new terms of the deal, which was originally signed in 2019, had been approved by the regulator’s board.
