ST. JOHN’S, Newfoundland, May 22, 2024–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Altius Renewable Royalties Corp. (TSX: ARR) (OTCQX: ATRWF) (“ARR” or the “Company”), informs today that all resolutions presented at the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on May 22, 2024 have been approved by shareholders. A total of 27,606,034 shares were voted on, representing 89.7% of the total number of common shares issued and outstanding. ARR would like to thank shareholders for the record-breaking vote turnout.
