Bluon and ServiceTitan announce strategic partnership

Bluon Inc., an innovative software company focused on increasing the productivity of HVAC contractors and their service technicians, today announced a strategic partnership with ServiceTitan, a leading software platform built to support the craft. The new partnership places Bluon in the ServiceTitan technology partner program and sets the stage for various levels of integration between the two platforms.

HVAC contractors face unique challenges due to the enormous complexity of technical information required to service equipment and the ever-increasing shortage of skilled labor. It is becoming increasingly difficult to find qualified HVAC technicians who struggle with technical problems every day that require specific information and support.

Bluon has created a first-of-its-kind platform to provide HVAC technicians and related contractor personnel with the technical information and support they need with a one-of-a-kind database and proprietary AI support platform.

Bluon’s proprietary, brand-neutral database is unique in the HVAC industry. Covering over 200 brands and nearly 500,000 model number families, the Bluon database contains manuals, diagrams, original parts (BOM), part specifications and compatible replacement parts for over 20 million specific model numbers.

Access to reliable technical support is a major concern for HVAC contractors and their technicians. Bluon has built the first real and scalable solution with proprietary AI support. Bluon’s AI sets itself apart from the rest thanks to its unique multi-language model, which was built using over 100,000 transcripts of live support calls previously conducted by Bluon’s best-in-class service technicians. The result is practical answers for technicians in the field – not sterile textbook answers. It’s as if another service technician was answering the question directly. Bluon AI will enable ServiceTitan contractors to assist technicians in the field by immediately responding to technical challenges and/or diagnosing problems.
