Babcock & Wilcox Solar Taps leverages Jones Power energy for 50 MW projects in western Pennsylvania

Jones Power was selected by Babcock & Wilcox Solar Energy, Inc. (B&W Solar) to perform construction on two 25-megawatt solar projects in western Pennsylvania. Construction began in March 2024 and is expected to be completed in the summer of the same year.

Jones Power’s responsibilities include erosion control, clearing, clearing, construction of entrances, culverts, earthworks, stone access roads, storage yards, final seeding and post-construction site maintenance. B&W Solar can employ a Jones Power maintenance crew for ongoing support during pile driving, racking, module installation, electrical work and commissioning.
