The growing agency network signals plans for further acquisitions

Pattinson estate agency, based on the outskirts of Newcastle, has announced plans for further expansion and acquisitions in the North East of England.

Over the past six months, the family-owned estate agency has acquired Ryedales in Cramlington, Browns in Norton and NS Bennetts in Stanley.

These strategic acquisitions have expanded Pattinson’s branch network to 28, and Keith Pattinson, the company’s president and founder, is eager to keep pace with the growth.

“We are actively pursuing further opportunities to acquire or acquire other real estate agencies and related businesses,” he said.

“Our acquisition strategy aims to integrate seamlessly, ensuring continuity and growth for the businesses we undertake. We are committed to retaining existing assets, staff and even owners if they wish to remain involved in the day-to-day work of our company.”

Justin Beckwith, group managing director, commented: “Our expansion reflects our commitment to improving our service offering and market presence, so we invite estate agency owners interested in exploring acquisition opportunities to contact us and find out more about the process and benefits.

“We strive to ensure a smooth integration process, ensuring continuity and stability for everyone involved in the acquired companies.”
