iManage integrates its artificial intelligence with Microsoft Copilot to increase productivity

iManage announced the integration of its AI services with Microsoft’s Copilot solution, marking a significant advancement in the partnership between the two companies. This integration aims to improve the experience of knowledge workers by combining the capabilities of both platforms.

The iManage and Microsoft Copilot plug-in connects the Microsoft 365 environment with content managed by the iManage Knowledge Work platform. This combination enables AI to provide reasoned responses within the context of an organization’s existing work, while maintaining user security protocols. Users can leverage these generative AI tools to accelerate decision-making and improve collaboration with stakeholders.

The iManage Early Adoption Program actively engages innovative customers to validate business impact and develop change management strategies. The program’s task is to ensure that the integration meets the practical needs of its users.

iManage has been selected as an ISV to participate in Microsoft Build 2024, an annual developer conference held in Seattle, Washington. Participants will have the opportunity to see for themselves the integration possibilities of the iManage Copilot solution. Additionally, Microsoft will have a significant presence at ConnectLive 2024, the annual iManage user conference. Notably, Jeff Markowitz, Microsoft’s general manager of enterprise software and digital platforms, will join iManage CEO Neil Araujo for a fireside chat during the New York portion of the event. This session will focus on the customer benefits of deep Microsoft 365 integration with the iManage platform.

Neil Araujo, CEO of iManage, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, stating: “The iManage Copilot plug-in demonstrates our shared commitment to providing professionals with cutting-edge technology while eliminating friction in their workflows and delivering on the promise of artificial intelligence.” The company’s participation in major technology events highlights its commitment to developing intelligent collaboration through innovative solutions.

The iManage cloud platform is built entirely on Microsoft Azure and offers scalability, resiliency, performance and security benefits. This architecture enables seamless cross-cloud integration with Office 365 features such as Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Copilot. Users benefit from advanced Office 365 features, such as real-time co-authoring across devices, and all changes are automatically saved to the iManage platform.

iManage’s Microsoft integration also includes tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, enabling customers to automate administrative and user-driven processes with minimal coding. Power Automate activities and results are managed directly within the iManage platform, increasing overall efficiency and productivity.

ConnectLive 2024 attendees will have the opportunity to see these capabilities in action and learn more about iManage’s AI strategy, including the key role of the partnership with Microsoft. The event will also shed light on the iManage product roadmap and its future development.
