NeuroSense Therapeutics Ltd. has announced an Annual General Meeting of shareholders scheduled for June 27, 2024, with key agenda items including auditor nominations, election of board members, executive remuneration plans and an amendment to increase share capital. Shareholders as of May 24, 2024 are entitled to vote and are directed to do so online or via mailed proxy cards in accordance with detailed instructions in the soon-to-be-released Proxy Statement.
