L&T Technology Services announces establishment of a simulation center of excellence for Airbus

L&T Technology Services has announced the inauguration of the Simulation Center of Excellence for Airbus, strategically located at the state-of-the-art LTTS campus in Bengaluru. The aim of this Center of Excellence is to strengthen engineering support for Airbus’ aircraft structural simulation activities across its various business units in Europe, covering France, Germany, the UK and Spain.

Equipped with the latest simulation software, hardware and high-performance computing machines, Simulation CoE aims to unify and standardize processes across Airbus’ European business units and aircraft programs. The ultimate goal is to improve efficiency and increase productivity, making it easier to achieve key program milestones on time.

The Center of Excellence (CoE), established approximately 18 months ago and employing a dedicated core team, has demonstrated significant growth and development. The strategic plan assumes significant expansion of the center over the next two years. This expansion reflects LTTS’ deep commitment to supporting innovation and excellence in aerospace engineering, underscoring its commitment to advancing the industry through sustainability and expertise.
