USA Technologies introduces eCommerce integration for OCS and delivery services

USA Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: USAT) (“USAT”), a cashless payments and software services company providing end-to-end technology solutions for the self-service retail market, today announced that the company is launching a new eCommerce integration with partners Supply Wizards and Tech 2 Success. The new integration ensures a seamless connection between online ordering sites and vending management systems (VMS).

The integration enables automatic import of purchase and checkout data made on partner eCommerce sites. Additional data significantly increases the functionality of the Seed Delivery function, enabling warehouse pre-picking, inventory management and reporting.

“It takes significantly less time to implement and maintain an eCommerce system when using Seed Delivery with this new integration. It enables operators to modernize and adapt technology to maximize their business and, in turn, better serve their customers,” said Ravi Venkatesan, chief technology officer at USA Technologies. “This eCommerce integration ensures operator efficiency in seed delivery and provides customers with an excellent self-service experience. This aligns well with our mission to improve the value chain from procurement to delivery.”

The eCommerce platform has been designed specifically for operators who also offer office coffee service (OCS) or pantry services, and its enhanced features enable operators to better optimize their operations and maximize their business offerings. The solution provides a centralized ordering location, reduces processing and handling times, and enables larger and more frequent purchases. Getting started is very streamlined and easy for existing Seed Delivery customers. Once deployed, initial data fields for customers, delivery points, products, prices, and schedules are automatically populated and updates are immediate.

“Our partnership with USA Technologies allows us to deliver the most advanced e-commerce capabilities in the industry,” said Aja Pascale, co-founder of Supply Wizards. “USAAT’s industry-leading solution gives us the opportunity to enhance services and benefits for operators, helping them meet the evolving needs of their customers.”

“By working with USA Technologies, we empower our customers to more effectively manage their operations and provide better products and services,” said John Hickey, co-founder of Tech 2 Success. “USAT has a proven track record of delivering best-in-class technology to the OCS market and will play an instrumental role in helping us deliver higher levels of service as operators adapt to support an ever-changing workforce returning to the workplace.”

Key Features:

  • Enables integration with partner eCommerce sites so customers and consumers can browse available products and place orders to ship directly to Seed
  • Operators have the opportunity to upsell additional products or propose new ones
  • Product images for each item can be found on our partners’ e-commerce sites
  • Operators can serve more customers through their e-commerce website by reducing manual ordering over the phone. Online orders flow directly into Seed and do not require manual entry.
  • Order history is saved in partners’ integrated eCommerce system, so customers can easily repeat orders while maintaining appropriate budgets
  • Operators can monitor whether a customer is using the set budget for monthly orders
  • Includes multilingual features (Tech 2 Success) currently supporting French, but can be expanded to other languages
