Agent North East will continue its takeover trail

Pattinson real estate agency plans further acquisitions.

Family-owned agency North East has said it wants to take over businesses that can continue to operate with the same staff and even owners.

In the last six months it has acquired Ryedales in Cramlington, Browns in Norton and NS Bennetts in Stanley. These strategic acquisitions expanded Pattinson’s branch network to 28.

Founder Keith Pattinson said: “We are actively seeking further opportunities to acquire or acquire other estate agencies and related businesses.

“Our acquisition strategy is designed to integrate seamlessly, ensuring continuity and growth for the businesses we undertake.

“We want to retain existing resources, staff and even owners if they want to continue to be involved in the day-to-day work of our company.”

Group managing director Justin Beckwith added: “Our expansion reflects our commitment to improving our service offering and market presence, so we invite estate agency owners interested in exploring acquisition opportunities to contact us and find out more about the process and benefits.

“Our goal is to ensure a smooth integration process that ensures continuity and stability for everyone involved in the acquired companies.”
