Sumaiya Khan appointed as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Publicis Groupe

Publicis Groupe has promoted Sumaiya Khan to vice president of talent acquisition. Previously, she held the position of Assistant Vice President of Talent Acquisition at the company.

When announcing a new position on your LinkedIn nickname, Khan common, “I’m excited to share that I’ve been promoted to “Vice President of Talent Acquisition” at Publicis Groupe.

Before joining Publicis Groupe, Khan worked at SS Consulting Services as co-founder and owner from 2018 to 2022. Previously, in the years 2014–2018, she was associated with Firestar Diamond Group as a senior human resources manager. Previously, Khan worked at KPMG as deputy human resources manager from 2011 to 2014. She also worked at Ogilvy & Mather as an Associate HR Consultant in 2005-2011 and as HR and Administration Director at Net System in 2005.

With over 16 years of professional experience, Khan has deep knowledge in the areas of advertising and media, retail, consulting, gems and jewelry, advertising and IT. He also specializes in talent management, including: Acquiring, engaging and retaining talent; Performance evaluation; Employee satisfaction; HRIS; Succession planning; Departure Management; MIS/Analysis; Analytics and systems and processes.
