KNT Holdings establishes e-commerce joint venture

KNT Holdings Limited (HK:1025) has released an update.

KNT Holdings Limited announced the establishment of a joint venture with China Agricultural to engage in international e-commerce. The new venture will have a registered capital of HKD 1,000,000 and KNT Global will hold a 51% majority stake. This strategic move aims to expand the company’s reach in the textiles, clothing and other agricultural markets.
