Prathyusha Agarwal will lead Shopsy at Filpkart as vice-president

According to media reports, Prathyusha Agarwal has joined Flipkart’s Shopsy, a value trading platform, as vice president. He is a member of the Advisory Board – Venture Board DHSPL in the Zydus Group.

Previously, Agarwal was associated with BYJUS as business director from 2022-2023. She was responsible for portfolio strategy and revenue growth in India in the Early Learn division. Before joining BYJUS, she worked with Zee Entertainment from 2017 to 2022, where she played various brilliant roles. In 2015-2017, she was also associated with Tata CLiQ as Head of Marketing.

Prior to Tata CLiQ, Agarwal worked for various organizations including HDFC Life, allOK Tech Support, Disney Star, MarketGate Consulting and Unilever. She started her professional career at Unilever as a Regional Sales Manager in 2001.

With over 22 years of professional experience, Agarwal has worked in MNCs like HUL, TATA, STAR TV, ZEE Network, HDFC Life, BYJU etc. and across various sectors including FMCG, consulting, insurance, e-commerce, media and entertainment and EdTech. Her areas of expertise include business strategy, profit and loss realization, consumer marketing, decision analysis, product design, technology and content creation.
