“Next50” is organizing the first meeting promoting the development of the private sector in the United Arab Emirates – ARN Information Center

Investopia, in collaboration with emerging market research specialist EMIR, organized the first meeting of the “Next50” initiative, which aims to promote dialogue and knowledge exchange between leading companies in the UAE and stimulate investment in emerging sectors in the private sector.

The initiative operates under the patronage of Investopia Communities, which brings together 50 founders and CEOs of companies from the United Arab Emirates from the financial, construction, tourism, service and other industries. with combined revenues exceeding tens of billions, which are success stories achieved by the private sector.

It provides them with a valuable platform to exchange experiences, explore opportunities for collaboration and partnership, and review investment opportunities in new economic sectors in promising markets.

The meeting was held in the presence of Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, Minister of Economy and President of Investopia Hadi Badri. Director General of Economic Development at the Dubai Department of Economics, Dr Jean Fares, CEO of Investopia and Trevor McFarlane, CEO of EMIR.

Bin Touq said the initiative reflects Investopia’s commitment to supporting the private sector in line with the UAE government’s efforts to enhance the competitiveness of leading companies that have achieved significant growth in the UAE market.

This approach is driven by the key role of the private sector in driving national economic growth, the need to ensure an enabling environment for its success, and to strengthen the capabilities of the business community in light of the “We, UAE 2031” vision.

He added that this opens new perspectives of cooperation, promoting further dialogue between investors; facilitating knowledge exchange, financing, stimulating capital flows and developing partnerships at local and global levels. The goals are in line with Investopia’s vision to encourage entrepreneurs to invest in new economic sectors, provide all the enablers for growth, explore promising investment opportunities and connect local businesses with their global counterparts.
