An Illinois law establishing regulations for carbon capture projects

Illinois senators have passed a long list of legislation regarding carbon capture projects.

The bill would set out regulations for each stage of the process. This ranges from capturing carbon emissions to storing emissions in underground wells.
As Illinois State Capitol Bureau Chief Cole Henke reports, nothing will happen for two years.
