IMG is growing thanks to key acquisitions and capital increases

Smart Monitoring Group Limited (Australia:IMB) has released an update.

Intelligent Monitoring Group Limited (IMG) has announced the strategic acquisitions of Everjazz Pty Limited and ACG Integration Pty Ltd for a total consideration of $15.9 million, aimed at strengthening their commercial operations and expanding their pool of skilled technicians. To finance the acquisitions, IMG conducted a stock placement, raising approximately USD 19.3 million through the issue of new shares. These moves are expected to significantly increase IMG’s revenues and allow the company to potentially refinance its debt in the coming year.
