Taizhou Water Group Co., Ltd. has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on June 28, 2024, during which shareholders will consider various resolutions. Key items on the agenda include the approval of the financial statements for the previous year, nominations for management positions and the profit sharing plan, which provides for no final dividend for 2023. Ernst & Young and Pan-China Certified Public Accountants LLP will also be re-established at the General Meeting as company auditors.
