Base Resources announces receipt of regulatory notice

Core resources (Australia:BSE) has released an update.

Base Resources Limited, an Australian mineral sands producer operating in Africa, has announced that it has received a notice from Athos Capital Limited under Australian Takeovers Panel Guideline No. 20 on equity derivatives. The notice forms part of the mandatory disclosure process for the company, which is listed on the ASX and AIM. Base Resources is known for its Kwale Operations in Kenya and is currently developing the Toliara project in Madagascar.
