Shopee’s new returns policy simplifies the returns process by allowing buyers to return products without having to contact the seller. The platform has also introduced a “Change your mind” option, thanks to which customers can return products that do not meet their expectations in terms of fit or style.

To ensure on-time deliveries, Shopee has implemented an on-time delivery program that offers users a free discount coupon in case they miss an order. This initiative highlights Shopee’s commitment to reliability and customer satisfaction.
