Alto-Shaam adds corporate chef

Alto-Shaam has named Matt Dugan as executive chef on its sales team.

In his new role, Dugan will be an Alto-Shaam application specialist, responsible for customer experience improvement and product development, supporting internal and global sales teams to further increase brand awareness. It will also provide assistance through product demonstrations in the field and at trade fairs and support.

Dugan joins Alto-Shaam with over 20 years of culinary experience and expertise. Prior to joining the company, Dugan served as executive chef for a mixing technology manufacturer, where he worked for over a decade. Dugan also spent more than a decade working as a chef at Hyatt Hotel Corp. in many locations across the United States. Dugan is also a certified chef through the American Culinary Federation.

Earlier this year, Alto-Shaam announced two senior promotions within its sales and support team.
