Zscaler appoints finance veteran James Beer

SAN JOSE, Calif., May 28, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Zscaler limited liability company (NASDAQ: ZS), a leader in cloud security, today announced the appointment of James Beer to its Board of Directors, as well as to the audit committee of the Board of Directors. Following Mr. Beer’s appointment, Zscaler’s board of directors consists of eight members.

Mr. Beer holds a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from Imperial College London and a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School.
