Hotel Equities promotes three senior leaders, streamlining operations and human resources to support continued growth and exceptional performance in the hospitality industry.

ATLANTA – Hotel owner, operator and developer, Hotel shares announce the promotion of three senior leaders to support increased performance and growth of the company.

David Rosenberg has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations, reflecting his exceptional performance since joining HE in 2020. David’s experience in analytics-driven decision-making and operational efficiency has been instrumental in improving the company’s portfolio performance. David will continue to support HE’s significant service portfolio and growing shared services discipline, while promoting the use of analytics to deliver operational excellence across all aspects of HE’s business.

Peter Tziahanas was also promoted to executive vice president of operations, in recognition of his influence, leadership and extensive experience in full-service and lifestyle hotel operations. Since joining HE in 2021, Peter has been improving performance and driving engagement with HE stakeholders at all levels. His focus on operational excellence across the company’s full range of services and lifestyle has established HE as a leader in the upscale and resort segments of the industry.

Toi Brown was promoted to senior vice president of human resources. Since joining the company in 2018, Toi has led various initiatives for the university. Under her leadership, HE’s focus on employee wellness and benefits, risk mitigation and regulatory compliance continues to set the college apart. Toi is a member of both the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
