Saša Krajinović is an outstanding hospitality professional known for his strategic vision and exceptional leadership skills. Before joining Lošinj Hotels & Villas, Saša served as Director of Hotel Operations at Jadran dd, demonstrating excellent knowledge of organizational management, budgeting and inventory management. His commitment to employee training and development has significantly improved operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

As he assumes his new role at Lošinj Hotels & Villas, Saša is excited to lead a talented team dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences.

Saša served as the Corporate Director of F&B at Jadran dd, where he played a key role in revenue management and implementing standard operating procedures. His contributions played a key role in the successful launch of Grand Hotel View 4*, showcasing his expertise in menu creation and pricing strategy development.

Saša’s journey in the hospitality industry began at Valamar Riviera, where he honed his skills as an assistant F&B manager and later as an F&B manager. Then, for three years, he served as F&B director in many establishments at Maistra.

In addition to his professional achievements, Saša continued his education, specializing in the food and beverage department. His commitment to continuous improvement led him to pursue an Executive MBA at Les Roches Crans Montana in Switzerland, where he was the first Croatian to complete this prestigious program. He has also won impressive accolades, including the title of Best Sommelier of Istria and Kvarner in 2016, and in the same year he took third place in the National Sommelier Championship.

Saša’s extensive hospitality industry experience and education make him an asset that drives success and innovation wherever he goes. Lošinj Hotels & Villas is honored to have Saša join the team for the 2024 season.
