The Singaporean AnyMind Group is finalizing the acquisition of the Malaysian company Arche Digital

AnyMind Group, a Singapore-based business process-as-a-service (BPaaS) company focused on marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, announced on Wednesday the completion of its full acquisition of Malaysian e-commerce company Arche Digital.

AnyMind Group said in a statement that Arche Digital will continue to operate under its Arche Digital brand in Malaysia and its customers (executives) will also be able to benefit from AnyMind Group’s resources, including AnyMind Group’s technology stack, local area networks in the Asia-Pacific region ( APAC) and market operations teams.

AnyMind Group will first deploy the AnyX (e-commerce management), AnyTag (influencer marketing) and AnyChat (conversational commerce) platforms to Arche Digital executives and will seek to further develop synergies between Arche Digital’s logistics and order fulfillment expertise and capabilities with AnyMind The Group’s global logistics platform, AnyLogi.

It was noted that Steven Tan, founder and managing director of Arche Digital, will take up a leadership position on AnyMind Group’s leadership team.

“Seeing the technological capabilities and scale of AnyMind with our own eyes is the only advantage for our clients as we want to open up even more opportunities throughout the company’s value chain,

“With the Malaysian e-commerce industry expected to record double-digit growth this year, our executives are now best-resourced to accelerate growth now and in the future,” he said.

Kosuke Sogo, CEO and co-founder of AnyMind Group, said the acquisition of Arche Digital strengthens its local network capabilities in Malaysia, particularly in e-commerce operations and logistics expertise.

“We are particularly excited about increasing opportunities for Malaysian brands to expand overseas and bringing international brands to Malaysia, similar to the opportunities we offer through Digital Distribusi Indonesia (DDI),” he said.

Arche Digital was founded in 2015 and supports brands such as L’Occitane en Provence, SC Johnson, Melvita, Elemis and Yale in e-commerce strategy development, e-commerce operations, warehouse and logistics management, online store operations, marketing and customer service service in Malaysia.

Arche Digital is expected to contribute to AnyMind Group’s results from the third quarter of 2024 (from July 2024).

Arche Digital is AnyMind Group’s ninth acquisition and the second acquisition of an e-commerce enabler, following the completion of its acquisition of Indonesia-based DDI in 2023.
