NEW DELHI: FMCG stocks were trading higher at 10:44 am on Wednesday

ADF Foods Ltd. (up 5.86%), JHS Svendgaard Laboratories Ltd. (up 4.95%), Nakoda Group Of Industries Ltd. (up 4.41%), Sheetal Cool Products Ltd. (up 3.10%), Gillette India Ltd. (up 3.05%), Zydus Wellness Ltd. (up 1.95%), Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd. (up 1.83%), Heritage Foods Ltd. ( an increase of 1.44%), Adani Wilmar Ltd. (an increase of 1.42%) and Honasa Consumer Ltd. (an increase of 1.40%) were among those who gained the most.

Hatsun Agro Products Ltd. (down 3.57%), Godrej Consumer Products Ltd. (down 1.44%), Patanjali Foods Ltd. (down 1.34%), Varun Beverages Ltd. (down 1, 21%), Dodla Dairy Ltd. (down 1.19%), Bikaji Foods International Ltd. (down 1.19%), Dabur India Ltd. (down 1.16%), Tata Consumer Products Ltd. (down 1.01%), Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (down 0.64%) and Jyothy Labs Ltd. (down 0.64%) 0.50%) were among the top losers.

The NSE Nifty50 index fell 137.31 points to 22,750.85, while the 30-share BSE Sensex fell 459.41 points to 74,711.04 at around 10:44 am.

Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. (up 1.6%), Hindalco Industries Ltd. (up 0.92%), Nestle India Ltd. (up 0.72%), Eicher Motors Ltd. (up 0 .69%), Adani Enterprises Ltd. (up 0.33%), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (up 0.32%), Coal India Ltd. (up 0.3%), Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd. (up 0.27%), Bajaj Finance Ltd. (up 0.11%) and Divi’s Laboratories Ltd. (up 0.07%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack. Meanwhile, SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd. (down 2.23%), HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd. (down 2.12%), UltraTech Cement Ltd. (down 1.7%), Axis Bank Ltd. ( down 1.52%), ICICI Bank Ltd. (down 1.44%), HDFC Bank Ltd. (down 1.23%), Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. (down 1.1%), Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.
