TClarke PLC shareholders approve acquisition of Regent

T.Clarke (GB: Chief Technology Officer) has released an update.

TClarke PLC has announced that its shareholders have consented to the takeover of the company by Regent Acquisitions Limited, by the required majority of votes both in the Court and at the General Meeting. The transaction is expected to be carried out under a court-approved scheme of arrangement as set out in the Companies Act 2006. This acquisition represents a significant change in ownership of the engineering services company and the timetable leads to the expected completion of the scheme by the end of June 2024.
