Blue Yonder announces the acquisition of One Network Enterprises

Blue Yonder, a provider of digital supply chain transformation, announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire US company One Network (One Network Enterprises) for approximately USD 839 million, subject to adjustments. The combination of One Network’s digital delivery network and Blue Yonder’s supply chain capabilities will enable customers to instantly move from order planning to order fulfillment.

This eliminates the delay between order entry and the start of physical order fulfillment. By setting notifications, customers also gain access to additional data across the entire multi-enterprise ecosystem, thus benefiting from automation and the use of generative artificial intelligence.

Additionally, the connection unifies various data silos, thus enabling a holistic view of the entire supply chain at the management level. Real-time predictive decision-making technology also enables automatic optimization and implementation.
