Asphaltgold x PUMA Palermo “Sedia” | Release date and price

Asphaltgold and PUMA are back with another collaboration, this time celebrating Italian hospitality in Palermo’s “Sedia”. Unlike their collaboration “Scopa,” which paid homage to the classic card game, “Sedia,” which means “chair” in Italian, focuses on the environment in which these games are often played – around the table with friends and family.

The shoe itself is a subtle tribute to the iconic plastic monoblock chairs that create countless memories during casual meetings. Embossed chair graphics adorn the tongue, while ribbed suede overlays mimic the texture of the chair. Even the hidden lyrics of a popular Italian children’s song can be translated as “Add a seat at the table, an extra friend will come.”

Made with a white canvas base, brown leather PUMA Formstrip, green sock lining and rubber sole, the “Sedia” stylishly reminds us of the importance of togetherness.

The Asphaltgold x PUMA Palermo “Sedia” will release on June 8 exclusively on Asphaltgold.com, the Asphaltgold app and select stores. The silhouette will retail for €129 (~$140).
