Inszone Insurance Services has announced the acquisition of T Blackwell Insurance Group.

Founded by Tracey Blackwell (pictured above) in 2012, T Blackwell Insurance Group specializes in personal insurance, offering services ranging from home and car insurance to life insurance. Blackwell’s philosophy emphasizes the importance of knowledge.

Her career in the insurance industry includes leadership roles in industry programs such as State Auto Pacesetter and the Safeco Agency Advisory Board, which Inszone says reflects her commitment to nurturing talent and supporting growth.

Prior to entering the insurance industry, Blackwell spent twenty years in management at H.E.B. Grocery Company, overseeing 56 stores as director of customer service.

Blackwell is also actively involved in community service. She supports John’s Kids, a nonprofit organization founded by her father that supports Title 1 schools and participates in fundraisers for multiple sclerosis and Alzheimer’s disease.

Chris Walters, CEO of Inszone Insurance Services, commented on the latest acquisition.

“We are thrilled to welcome T Blackwell Insurance Group to the Inszone family,” said Walters. “Tracey’s steadfast commitment to clients, combined with her passion for education and community involvement, aligns perfectly with our values. This acquisition represents a significant step in our journey to providing personalized insurance solutions and unparalleled support to our customers.”

T Blackwell Insurance Group customers can expect a smooth transition, with the added benefit of support from Inszone Insurance Services.

The acquisition of T Blackwell Insurance Group is Inszone’s third transaction in May. Earlier this month, the brokerage also turned its attention to Washington state with the acquisition of Tri-Cities Insurance Professionals, LLC, a Pasco, Washington-based brokerage agency.

Days earlier, Inszone also tapped Canyon Pacific Insurance Services, an independent agency based in Palm Springs, California, as part of the company’s strategic expansion in the state.
