Klaviyo launches integration with TikTok to increase ad effectiveness and increase conversions

The new offering helps brands connect with shoppers over 1 billion in a more authentic way

BOSTON, May 30, 2024–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Klaviyo (NYSE: KVYO), the company powering smarter digital relationships, today announced integration with TikTok, enabling businesses to sync Klaviyo lists and segments with their TikTok audiences. As a platform with an audience of over 1 billion users, TikTok offers broad access to a wide demographic of potential buyers. This new feature enables brands to increase return on ad spend (ROAS), deliver personalized ads and build influential lookalike audiences to attract new buyers.

Powered by platforms like TikTok, social commerce is changing the way consumers discover and buy products. This integration comes at a time when U.S. social commerce retail sales are experiencing significant growth and are estimated to reach $80 billion by 2025, or 5% of total U.S. e-commerce.

With one-click integration with TikTok Ads, brands can leverage Klaviyo’s intelligent segmentation to deliver hyper-personalized and non-disruptive experiences on TikTok.

This new integration helps Klaviyo customers:

Only show TikTok ads to people who are engaged or have high purchase intent. Retarget existing consumers or exclude targeting consumers who have recently purchased and have no intention of purchasing.

  • Save time with always up-to-date audiences: Dynamically sync Klaviyo segments in real time, which means your TikTok audience is always up to date, eliminating the need to manually import or export CSV files.

  • Track the performance and optimize your advertising strategy: Learn how targeted ads or ad groups work so you can optimize effectively.
