Biden’s regulations cost US households up to $10,000 each: report

A report by the Job Creators Network shows that the regulations introduced by the Biden administration have cost the US over $1 trillion, which averages out to thousands of dollars per family.

The report, first made available to the Daily Caller, highlights that such cases have occurred Biden introduced 923 new federal regulations, with costs totaling $1.6 trillion.

The Job Creators Network estimated that new regulations introduced in the first two years of the Biden administration would result in an average of $10,000 in current and future costs for American households.

“Federal officials are pushing an unprecedented regulatory agenda that is crushing America’s small businesses and families at a time of already high inflation,” Alfredo Ortiz, CEO of Job Creators Network, said in a statement. “Not only are they overstepping their authority, but economic stress is creating long-term problems for the people who form the backbone of our economy.”

The Biden administration has reportedly introduced a slew of regulations on home appliances to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, which will also impact families. The new washing machine standards are expected to cost $200 each. Gas furnace efficiency standards will increase to an average of $494.

The administration reportedly plans to finalize these regulations before the upcoming 2024 elections.
