T-Hub’s T-Recruit 2024 sets new standards in talent acquisition for start-ups

Hyderabad: T-Hub, India’s leading startup incubator, announced the unprecedented success of T-Recruit 2024, a dynamic recruitment drive that brought together startups and top-class technology talent. The event attracted 92 registered companies and 769 recruiters, including notable participants such as Tao Digital USA, Monitra Healthcare Private Limited, Ariqt International and DataBeat Consulting Pvt Ltd. attracted a record number of participants, cementing its status as a premier talent acquisition destination for startups. Over 6,000 job seekers competed for opportunities offered by leading startups across sectors, highlighting the vast talent pool available in the Indian tech landscape.

T-Recruit 2024 facilitated over 180 successful matches between startups and candidates, and 85 offers were made to promising talent, signaling a significant step forward in driving innovation and growth in the startup community. In particular, the inclusivity of the initiative was highlighted by a diverse pool of recruiters and candidates representing a wide range of sectors, including Artificial Intelligence/ML, DeepTech, HRTech, Defense, HealthTech, PharmaTech, Sustainability, SaaS and IoT
