iQOO Pad 2 series officially launched in China; Pre-sale starts today

The iQOO Pad 2 and Pad 2 Pro tablets have been rumored for a long time, and today both tablets made their official debut in the Chinese market. Pre-orders for both devices start today.

iQOO Pad 2 Series: Prices

iQOO Pad 2 is available in silver, blue and gray colors. It will be available in four memory configurations: 8GB/128GB for CNY2,499, 8GB/256GB for CNY2,799, 12GB/256GB for CNY3,099, and 12GB/512GB for CNY3,399.

iQOO Pad 2 Pro is also available in blue, gray and silver colors. It will be available in three memory variants: 8GB/256GB for CNY 3,399, 12GB/256GB for CNY 3,699 and 16GB/512GB for CNY 4,099. However, for now, the device will be available at special discounted prices of CNY 3,299, CNY 3,599 and CNY 3,999 respectively.

The pre-sale of the iQOO Pad 2 series will start today in China from 20:00 (China local time).

iQOO Pad 2 Series: Technical Specifications

iQOO Pad 2 comes with a 12.1-inch LCD display with 2.8K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, 7:15 aspect ratio and 600 nits peak brightness. This is the first Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 tablet available in China and runs OriginOS 4 based on Android 14. It offers 8 GB/12 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 128 GB (UFS 3.1)/UFS 4.0 (256 GB/512 GB) . The device is powered by a 10,000 mAh battery that supports 44 W fast charging. It includes an 8 MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5 MP front camera. Other features include a 6-speaker system, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, USB-C port, 3D VC cooling system, Monster+ mode and “Dark Zone Breakout” ray tracing technology.

iQOO Pad 2 Pro has a 13-inch LCD display with a resolution of 3.1K, a refresh rate of 144 Hz, an aspect ratio of 3: 2 and a maximum brightness of 900 nits. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 Plus SoC, which is paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. The whole thing runs on OriginOS 4 based on Android 14. The tablet is powered by a 11,500 mAh battery that supports 66 W fast charging. It consists of a 13 MP main camera with LED flash and an 8 MP front camera. Other features – 8-speaker system, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, USB-C port, 3D VC cooling system, “Dark Zone Breakout” ray tracing technology and Monster+ mode.
