CSC Financial Co. nominates a new non-executive director

CSC Financial Co., Ltd. Class H (HK:6066) has released an update.

CSC Financial Co., Ltd. announced the appointment of Ms. Hua Shurui as a non-executive director and her candidacy has been approved by the board of directors and is pending approval at the company’s general meeting. Ms. Hua, who has extensive experience in financial management and government, meets regulatory requirements for the appointment of directors and holds no shares in the company. She will take up the position after approval by the general meeting and will hold this position until the end of the term of office of the current management board.
