Voyado partners with Ellis Brigham to develop omnichannel

Ellis Brigham has appointed Swedish retail technology platform Voyado to help align the multi-brand premium outdoor retailer’s online customer journey with “consistency with the service customers experience in-store.”

The omnichannel-focused collaboration “underlines Voyado’s ongoing strategy to support luxury retailers to maintain brand equity while supporting customer loyalty and represents an extension of its influence in the UK luxury market,” Voyado said.

The Ellis Brigham team, best known for sourcing outdoor and ski clothing and equipment, provides customers with specialized advice, which “is something that is more challenging when shopping online,” it noted.

That’s why Ellis Brigham is “seeking to bridge this communications gap on the Internet by partnering with Voyado to unlock customer data, connect all systems, and communicate more effectively with customers.”

“The partnership with Voyado will help enhance Ellis Brigham’s communications and differentiate the brand from retail competition,” the retailer added.

Mark Oldham, chief operating officer at Ellis Brigham, said: “Combining email, search and recommendations with a comprehensive CRM system will be a huge step forward for us and will enable us to deliver exceptional customer service in the digital space. This functionality will also give our store teams better tools and knowledge to help our loyal customers. Voyado is truly a game changer and is at the heart of our digital transformation.”

Voyado has had a busy start to 2024, announcing a number of new partnerships with leading UK retail brands including Brora, Belstaff, Luca Faloni and Silver Cross, as well as a number of Scandinavian brands “to enhance their customer shopping journey”.
