China Renewable Energy reveals its board structure

Renewable energy investments in China (HK:0987) has released an update.

China Renewable Energy Investment Limited, a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, has announced its Board of Directors, which includes four executive directors and three independent non-executive directors. The company, which specializes in renewable energy investments, also presented the composition of its four Board committees: Audit, Nominating, Compensation and Executive, each of which has specific management roles.
