Clifford Chance expands to include global antitrust partner Grenfell

Michael Grenfell will join Clifford Chance as a partner in the firm’s global antitrust group in London, the firm announced on Thursday.

According to Clifford Chance, Grenfell will focus on competition issues in the technology, financial services, consumer goods and healthcare sectors.

He has advised clients on matters including mergers, acquisitions and competition and enforcement, and has conducted and managed complex investigations and criminal proceedings.
