New business deals: Orbus, tfconnect and CDS announce strategic acquisitions and partnerships

Across the United States and overseas, trade show organizations are forming partnerships and acquiring companies as they look to expand their reach and increase their market share.

Orbus Visual Communications expands with acquisition

Orbus Visual Communication – a North American company specializing in the production of visual communication solutions for the exhibition/live event, retail and interiors market segments – acquired CRĒO Industrial Artbased in Seattle custom manufacturer that has been producing architectural components for over 40 years.

tfconnect and Careertopia announce strategic partnership in the US market

CDS Selected as Registration and Integration Partner for Informa Markets’ North American Event Portfolio

B2B event organizer Information Fair chosen Convention data services (CDS),A Citizen Co., as the official registration, integration and lead management provider for all portfolio events in North America.

History: The partnership, which began in January, has already been fruitful, and according to Informa officials, events in the first quarter have already shown a reduction in registration wait times.
