Daniel Burger has been named executive chef at The Langham in Boston

The Langham Restaurant in Boston announced today that it has named Daniel Burger as executive chef. In this role, Dan will lead the culinary team at The Langham in Boston, overseeing the Private Kitchen, banquets and the hotel’s two restaurants, Grana and The Fed.

A New England native, Dan Burger began his culinary career in Boston at iconic restaurants L’espalier and Radius, before landing prestigious positions with hospitality industry giants including Mandarin Oriental, Wynn Resorts and Four Seasons.

With a solid foundation in an accredited Le Cordon Bleu education at the Orlando Culinary Academy, Dan has mastered both the craftsmanship and precision necessary to achieve culinary excellence. His experience spans both banquet and restaurant management, demonstrating his versatility and ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a variety of formats.

Dan’s culinary philosophy is based on unlimited creativity and continuous learning. He draws inspiration from the ever-changing world of food, constantly searching for new techniques, ingredients and flavors to use in his craft. His passion for cooking comes from his roots, where he first encountered culinary art thanks to his grandmother, who emigrated to the USA from a small village in the Champagne region of France.

At The Langham, Dan uses his passion for food to take care of the bellies and souls of his guests. Each dish she creates strives to evoke emotions, memories and a sense of culinary adventure, ensuring that each meal is an unforgettable experience.
