Industry leaders are starting a new chapter of their careers in agencies around the world.

Axiom

Axiom named Courtney Keating as the new marketing director. Keating will lead global brand expansion and accelerate market growth for the customer analytics company.

Bastion

Bastion named Rachel Krauss Weise as president of research and insights. Krauss Weise will lead the division’s efforts to provide clients with comprehensive research, data-driven insights and strategic guidance.

Cornett

Independent, full-service advertising agency Cornett promotes Chris Finnegan to the senior vice president of media. Additionally, the store has hired Brian Gilligan as director of performing media.

Numbers

Digitas has made two new appointments to strengthen its creative capabilities. Nat Resende was hired as executive creative director in Chicago and McKay Hathaway was promoted to senior vice president of creative affairs.

Flashtalking by Mediaocean

Promoted Flashtalking by Mediaocean, an independent creative optimization and intelligence platform Grant Parker for president as part of an expanded leadership team. Parker will oversee product, strategy, operations, sales and customer success.

French/West/Vaughan

French/West/Vaughan has hired three new employees and received seven promotions. It employs, among others: Rachel Swanson as senior vice president for integrated marketing services, Mabry Williams as group account director and Corey Adams as a creative project manager. Promotions include Megan Calderone to the vice president of social, influencer and experience marketing, Emily Brice AND Peyton Burgess bind vps, Sarah Grace Johnson to the social media and influencer marketing manager, Cameron Daniel to an accounting assistant, Niko Padgett to the office manager and Laura Coats to the liabilities specialist.

G&A

G&A has expanded its operations with new additions to its design and media teams. Juanita Wichienkuer joined the team as senior director of exhibition design, Jason Salo as a director of film and linear media and Ashley Phillips as director of media production.

Bowel

The global creative network Gut is promoted Ariel Abramovici AND Bruno Acanfora to the co-creative directors of Gut Los Angeles. The duo, who previously served as executive creative directors, joined Gut in 2021 to help found Gut LA. They manage the office together with the director of group accounts Teddy Notari.

Hill Holliday

Hill Holliday has expanded its creative department with the addition of four new creative directors:Jim English, Scott Padden, Danny Murphy AND Alexandra Ebright– as well as two new executive vice president roles, including: Dave Weist appointed evp, head of brand i Kevin Daley promoted to evp, head of art. In addition, Hana Abate was appointed community social coordinator.

Influence+

Impact+ employed Seweryn Loeuille as the new global chief marketing officer. Loeuille will lead the agency’s lead generation strategy, developing and influencing marketing activations and supporting long-term international growth.

Innored Seoul

Innored Seoul appointed Kim Tae Won as its co-CEO. Kim will lead business strategy and media operations, oversee the development of marketing solutions investments and drive business growth globally.

Cow Group

Krow Group has made four senior promotions to strengthen its leadership team. Harman Randhawa promoted to the position of deputy managing director, Kirstin Wilson to the customer service director, Billie Bogg to the director of traffic and resources and Emma’s Christmas to the account executive.

Missing pieces

Missing items signed Richie Shazam to his directing team. This marks Shazam’s first directorial representation in the advertising and branded content space.

Qualtrics

Qualtrics name Lynn Girotto as marketing director. An industry expert with experience at Vimeo, Starbucks and Microsoft will lead the company’s global marketing organization as it rapidly expands its AI-powered capabilities.

R&J Strategic Communications

Promoted R&J Strategic Communications Dan Johnson to the account manager. Johnson will lead and manage the agency’s B2B account team while helping to set the agency’s strategic direction.

Republic

The director signed a contract with Republika Andrew Ryan Shepherd to its U.S. warehouse to create commercial and branded content. Shepherd has directed commercials and campaigns for brands including Lexus, Intel, Google, Mastercard and HP.

RP3

She established an independent women-owned agency, RP3 Tuesday Poliak as the new creative director and member of the agency’s leadership team. Prior to joining RP3, Poliak served as CCO at Wunderman Thompson Health.

Significant global

Salient Global has hired three new leaders to its team. Chris Romo joined the team as financial director, Jay Byrnes as managing partner and head of design for the i brand Tyler West as vp of growth.

Star

The star has been named Scott Tieman as global head of adtech and martech. Bringing twenty years of marketing and media experience, Tieman will strengthen the agency’s partnerships with key agency networks and bring marketing transformation and AI-powered platform solutions to market.

Yonder Media selected Emily Paterson as head of planning. Paterson is taking on the role of supporting new clients including Itu, Love Holidays, Interflora and Bowel Cancer UK
