As the day comes to an end, it’s time to look ahead and prepare for the major events planned for the coming week.

On the earnings side, many companies are set to release first-quarter financial results. Notable names include sports giant Lululemon (LULU), discount retailer Dollar Tree (DLTR) and solar energy company SunPower (SPWR).

All eyes will be on the long-awaited May jobs report, scheduled for release on Friday. This report will provide insight into the state of the labor market.

Next week we start with economics.

The monthly employment report for May will be released on Friday.

The economy forecasts the number of non-farm workers to increase by 15,000 compared to last month.

The unemployment rate is expected to hold steady, while hourly wages are expected to increase slightly from the April earnings report. A new group of companies will report on this, including the crowd strike, Campbell Soup.

And will you sign the crowd strike announcing the first quarter results after the close on Tuesday?

Analysts expect Cyber’s recent partnership with Aws to be performance-focused, with other gains on board.

Next week, Lemon Dollar Tree and Sun Power will report, among others: about the dollar tree announcing first-quarter earnings before Wednesday’s bell.

According to analysts, the main source of growth in the first quarter may be consumables.

The company comes after we saw Dollar General.

A competitive discount chain yesterday announced good results for the first financial quarter.
